What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. For Event plans, we also accept invoicing for larger organizations.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. If you downgrade, the new rate takes effect at your next billing date.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains secure and accessible after cancellation.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for Artist or Studio plans. You can get started immediately after signing up. Event plans may have custom setup depending on your needs. Contact our sales team for details.
How do deposit fees work on the Artist plan?
There's a flat $2.50 tattr fee plus standard Stripe processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) on each deposit. You choose who pays, absorb the fees yourself or pass them to your client. Visit our Artists page to try the interactive deposit calculator.
